If you have forgotten the password for your account, click on the Forgot password? link on the login page. Enter your Email Address, click Send, and an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password. If you did not provide a valid email address when you initially registered your account, this feature will not be available. If this is the case, contact Customer Care at email@example.com.
Invitations to access Your Next Step are valid for 90 days. Once you've registered, you can see how long your account will be available by viewing the My Account page.
Go to My Account page, update the email field and click Save My Account Information. Please note that changing your Email Address will also change the username you use to log in. It will also change the email address to which we send your notifications.
All assessments are stored in Orientation - Assessment Center. Navigate there from the main menu heading titled Orientation. From there, you can start new assessments along with viewing and downloading past results by clicking the Assessment of your choosing.
The Practice Video Interview tool requires a webcam to record your responses to the practice interview questions. After selecting the type, level, and number of questions, you may be prompted to allow access to your webcam. You may also need to consult your computer or webcam owner's manual. If you continue to have problems, contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have set up Job Alerts and want to update or cancel them, select the Alerts option from the Job Search tab from the main menu. Then click the Edit icon associated with a specific alert to update it or click the Delete icon to remove it.
To upload a resume, click on the Resume module. From there, click on Add My Resume and then Upload a new resume. Click on Choose File to search your computer for the document that you want to upload. Name the resume and click Upload. Your resume will be stored in the Resumes area of the Resume section where you can download or delete it at any time.
Navigate to the Job Search section from the main menu. You can search by position keywords, location, or company name. You can also set up Job Alerts to be notified about new jobs that match your search preferences.
Click on your name in the upper right corner, then My Account, which takes you to your Account Settings. Once there, click on the Change Password link and fill out the form with the necessary information. After completion, your password will be updated.
